Yes. Set the confidence threshold where you're comfortable and MrSupport sends replies on its own to questions it has handled well before. Unusual or sensitive DMs still wait for you — or escalate by rule.

Do customers need a new app?+

No. They keep texting you in Telegram. MrSupport attaches to your Telegram Business via a shared bot — the customer never sees us.

What if it answers something wrong?+

Edit or dislike the reply. That creates a new knowledge version — next time a similar question comes in, the AI answers differently. You can also pin an older version if a recent change drifted.

Is my data used to train anyone's model?+

No. Your knowledge and chats stay inside your workspace. Only the versions you accept are persisted — and they're yours.

What about media messages?+

Voice notes, photos and files are passed through untouched so you handle them yourself. Text replies are the MVP scope.

What languages are supported?+
