Yes, when reply mode is set to Auto. It sends only when the knowledge base supports a reply. Unsupported messages are stored in the inbox with a skip reason instead of being guessed.

Do customers need a new app?+

No. They keep texting you in Telegram. Mr.Support attaches to your Telegram Business via a shared bot, and the customer never sees us.

What if it answers something wrong?+
