Payment, Access, and Refunds

This page explains how customers pay for Mr.Support, how digital access is provided, how subscriptions renew, and how refunds work.

Payment methods

RUB payments are processed by YooKassa.
USD payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.
The site asks you to choose currency, not provider. RUB uses YooKassa and USD uses LemonSqueezy.
The payment page is hosted by the provider. Card details are entered on the provider page and are not stored by Mr.Support.

Mr.Support is a digital online service. There is no physical delivery.
After successful payment confirmation, subscription status and message credits are activated automatically in your workspace.
You can access the service through the web dashboard and connected Telegram Business bot.
If payment succeeds but access is not activated, contact support at olegstefanoyv1@gmail.com with payment details.

The Starter plan can include a 7-day trial if available for your account.
Monthly paid subscriptions renew every 30 days.
You can cancel future renewal from the subscription page. Cancellation does not remove already granted access for the paid period.
Changing to another plan creates a new payment for the selected plan and cancels the previous subscription after payment confirmation.

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of payment if a technical issue prevents you from using the paid digital service and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
Refunds are not issued for message credits that have already been substantially used or for a period where the service was successfully provided.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through YooKassa or LemonSqueezy. Processing usually takes 5-10 business days after approval.
To request a refund, email olegstefanoyv1@gmail.com with account email, payment date, amount, currency, provider if known, and issue description.
