Terms of Service and Public Offer

These terms govern access to Mr.Support, an AI assistant for Telegram Business customer support. By creating an account, starting a trial, or paying for a subscription, you accept these terms.
1. Service
Mr.Support provides software that connects to Telegram Business, stores the knowledge you upload, drafts or sends customer replies, keeps conversation history, and can improve instructions from your feedback.
The service is digital. Nothing is shipped physically. Access is provided online through the web dashboard and Telegram bot connection.
2. Account and eligibility
- You need an account to use the dashboard and paid subscriptions.
- You are responsible for keeping account access, workspace settings, uploaded files, and connected Telegram accounts under your control.
- You must have the right to connect the Telegram Business account, upload the knowledge materials, and process customer messages in your workspace.
- The service is intended for business or professional use.
3. Subscriptions and access
- Plans are monthly subscriptions with a message credit limit shown on the pricing page.
- One handled inbound Telegram message consumes one message credit from the workspace balance.
- Subscriptions renew every 30 days until cancelled.
- You can cancel future renewals from the subscription page. The current paid period remains available until it ends.
- A 7-day Starter trial may be available once per user.
4. Payments
- RUB payments are processed through YooKassa.
- USD payments are processed through LemonSqueezy.
- The selected currency determines the provider automatically. Card and provider availability can depend on the provider, country, bank, and payment method.
- We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Payment providers process payment details on their own hosted payment pages.
5. Refunds
- You can request a refund within 14 days of payment if a technical issue prevents access to the paid digital service and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
- Refunds are not issued for a period after message credits have been substantially used or after the service has been successfully provided.
- To request a refund, email olegstefanoyv1@gmail.com with the account email, payment date, amount, currency, and problem description.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Processing usually takes 5-10 business days after approval.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal activity, spam, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, harmful automation, or content that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
- Do not upload secrets, files, or customer data unless you have the right to process them.
- AI replies can be incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, configuring approval mode, and deciding when automatic sending is appropriate.
- We may suspend or terminate access if use creates legal, security, payment, or abuse risk.
7. Intellectual property and data
- The Mr.Support software, interface, brand, and documentation belong to us or our licensors.
- Your uploaded workspace knowledge, customer message content, and business materials remain yours or your licensors'.
- You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display your content for providing the service.
- Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
- The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost data, customer claims, or decisions made from AI-generated output.
- Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, payment flow, legal requirements, or provider rules change. The current version is published on this page.
